Jose Linares was born & raised in Chicago. Attaining his formal education at Arizona State, he is pursuing his self-education & intentional life in San Diego. The multifamily investment spark was ignited in Jose working with institutional investors and property managers across the country on large restoration & value-add projects.
Using the same strategies employed by institutional investors, he acquired 22-units in 6-months. His desire for growth led him to Maui for a mastermind in 2021 & introduced him to Luke Hoffmann. Understanding the importance of partnering to focus on each other’s strengths, Radiate Freedom Capital was born.

Luke Hoffmann was born and raised in Dubuque, IA. Luke fast- tracked his undergrad in three years to obtain his bachelors degrees in Business Management and Business Marketing from Loras College. In his professional career prior to Real Estate investing, He implemented custom software solutions to local governments to improve operational efficiency and allow for real-time data informed decisions to be made.
Following his passion in 2017, he dove into entrepreneurship and real estate and hasn’t looked back. Creating a multi-family portfolio valued at over $5.5 million in just over five years with a small team, he knew it was time to partner and scale larger. Partnering with Jose Linares has super-charged his career in multi-family investing.
